U.S. and RTA co-host 2019 Indo-Pacific Armies Chiefs Conference

Senior army leaders from across the Indo-Pacific gathered for a plenary session on the second day of the 11th Indo-Pacific Armies Chiefs Conference (IPACC XI), the 43rd Pacific Armies Management Seminar (IPAMS XLIII), and the 5th Senior Enlisted Leaders Forum (SELF V), Sept. 9 – 11, 2019 in Bangkok, Thailand. The theme for the plenary was developing multilateral cooperation framework using Best Practices.

IPACC/IPAMS/SELF are a series of Department of the Army and U.S. Army Pacific forums to build interpersonal relationships and foster multilateralism, dialogue, and cooperation for regional approaches to contemporary security challenges in the Indo-Pacific.
