Meet a valued member of our Camp Zama, Japan, family, Andy Francisco.
Andy has been a counselor within the Operations Branch of the U.S. Army Garrison Japan Housing Division since June 1996. He said he has found his calling in life. He enjoys and has honed his problem-solving and personal interaction skills to help the families newly arrived to Camp Zama.
He takes pride in ensuring families are assigned to quality, safe, clean and healthy homes they will prosper in together during their tour at Camp Zama.
He enjoys the ability he has to share knowledge of the local community and make arriving families feel at home without the stresses that can often come with moving overseas.
