Seven Coast Guard patrol boats gathered in Annapolis, Md., seeking safety Friday, Sept. 6, 2019, as Hurricane Dorian approached, from homeports in Jacksonville, Fla., Charleston, S.C., Portsmouth, Va., and Camden County, Ga., to ensure the safety of search and rescue assets and return to missions as soon as possible.
