Maj. Gen. Jennifer L. Napper, commanding general, United States Army Network Enterprise Technology Command, fields questions and has lunch with signal soldiers of 1st Squadron, 1st Cavalry Regiment, 2nd HBCT, 1st AD, at the dining facility tent during the Network Integration Evaluation at Fort Bliss, Texas, April 30, 2012. The soldiers had the opportunity to ask Maj.Gen. Napper a broad range of questions, giving the General general the opportunity to get a perspective of troops at the ground level.
