NORFOLK (Sept. 4, 2019) The brow is removed from the Freedom-variant littoral combat ship USS Billings (LCS 15) as the ship prepares to get underway as Commander, U.S. 2nd Fleet orders U.S. Navy ships and aircraft in the area to sortie on Sept. 4, 2019 ahead of Hurricane Dorian, which is forecasted to bring high winds and heavy rain to the East Coast.
