DIEGO GARCIA (July 31, 2019) Equipment Operator 3rd Class Joseph Wilson, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, operates forklift to relocate concrete formwork before placement. This reinforcement will properly brace the formwork to hold the pressure of the concrete. NMCB 4 is forward deployed throughout Indo-Pacific region ready to support major combat operations, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief and to providing general engineering and civil construction support to U.S. and joint operational forces.
