Members of the 145th Maintenance Group prepare the C-17 Globemaster III’s to deploy in support of Hurricane Dorian relief in advance of the storms arrival, while at the North Carolina Air National Guard Base, Charlotte NC, 3 Sep. 2019. Hurricane Dorian is a Category three storm that caused severe damage to the Bahamas with a projection to hit North Carolina, each year the 145th Airlift Wing responds and prepares for any hurricane in the event of stateside landfall.
