U.S. Marine Corps Brig. Gen. Robert B. Sofge, Jr., deputy commander, U.S. Marine Corps Forces, Pacific (MARFORPAC), exchanges a gift with Rep. Kishi Nobuo, House of Representatives, during a tour of Marine Corps Training Area Bellows (MCTAB), Aug. 29, 2019. Japanese delegates toured MCTAB to get a better understanding of the unique capabilities it offers Hawaii-based Marines and agencies to conduct various training events and qualifications. The delegates comprised of: Rep. Kishi Nobuo, House of Representatives; Cllr. Nagata Yosuke, Consulate General of Japan in Honolulu; Cllr. Yamada Hiroshi, House of Councilors; Cllr.
