JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (August 30, 2019) – Cmdr. Robert Staten passes through sideboys during a change of charge ceremony at Naval Branch Health Clinic Jacksonville on Aug.30. During the ceremony, Staten was relieved by Cmdr. Denise Boggs-Wilkerson as the new officer in charge of NBHC Jacksonville. Staten has served as NBHC Jacksonville’s interim OIC since June when Cmdr. Vorachai Sribanditmongkol retired after 26 years of service. Staten, a flight surgeon who has served the navy for 24 years, will continue in the clinical role he’s held since arriving at the clinic in September 2018.
