SEPETIBA BAY, Brazil (Aug. 26, 2019) The Harpers Ferry-class amphibious dock landing ship USS Carter Hall (LSD 50) sits at anchor in Sepetiba Bay, Brazil, while conducting amphibious operations in support of UNITAS LX (60), Aug. 26.
