Lt. Col. Karl Sondermann, commander, 21st Special Troops Battalion, 21st Theater Sustainment Command, presents an award, Aug. 29, 2019, for having the best uniform to 1st Lt. James Hodgkins during the 21st STB's Tactical Dining-in at Kapaun Air Station in Kaiserslautern, Germany. The dining-in was held to boost morale throughout the command and to promote resiliency.
