Jaleel Byars, 21st Special Troops Battalion, 21st Theater Sustainment Command, low crawls, Aug. 29, 2019, during the 21st Special Troops Battalion's Tactical Dining-in obstacle course at Kapaun Air Station in Kaiserslautern, Germany. The dining-in was held to boost morale throughout the command and to promote resiliency. The Tactical Dining-in's obstacle course consisted of flipping a tire, riding a bike around two barriers, jumping over two barriers, low crawling in the mud, and a surprise event.
