A U.S. Army veterinary technician sutures a wound using a stuffed animal. The staff of the Vilseck Veterinary Treatment Facility, Bavaria Branch, hosted its second annual Teddy Bear Suture Clinic at Rose Barracks, Vilseck, Germany, Aug. 29, 2019. The event is also a community outreach to build relationships with the Bavaria communities by “treating” torn teddy bears and stuffed animals and simultaneously providing training to veterinary technicians.
