Col. Mark Schwartz, 3rd Special Forces Group (Airborne) Commander, presents the Commander’s Award for Public Service to Chris Rogers from the Special Forces Association Chapter 100. Twenty-nine volunteers and two organizations received the Commander’s Award for Public Service, the fourth highest public service honorary award that may be granted to a private citizen.
