190814-N-DE561-0010 SANTA RITA, Guam (Aug. 14, 2019) Equipment Operator 1st class Jeremy Hunt, a Seabee assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 11, acts as a crane signalman for Equipment Operator 2nd Class Gisselle Cruz during the battalion’s relief in place/transfer of authority with NMCB 133 on board U.S. Naval Base Guam. NMCB-11 is forward deployed to provide expeditionary construction and engineering capabilities, humanitarian assistance, disaster response, and exercise related construction in the 7th Fleet area of operations.
