USAR: 1st Lt. Micah D. Taylor, 18th Military Police Brigade, Mannheim, Germany, receives a gift of thanks from an Iraqi girl at a school in Iskandariyah, Iraq, May 9, 2005. Taylor, from Glascow, Ky., was part of a humanitarian mission to supply the children of Iraq with needed school supplies. Soldiers receive the supplies from an organization called Operation Iraqi Children, where concerned american citizens donate bookbags, school supplies, and toys.
