Coalition forces engage in PULSE Platform training at the King Abdullah II Special Operations Training Center in Amman, Jordan, Aug. 22, 2019, in preparation for Exercise Eager Lion 19. They use many different scenarios to improve participating nations’ ability to outsmart and outmaneuver near-peer adversaries, particularly in the areas of counter unmanned aerial vehicles, cyber operations and civil affairs. Eager Lion, U.S. Central Command's largest and most complex exercise, is an opportunity to integrate forces in a multilateral environment, operate in realistic terrain and strengthen military-to-military relationships.
