Col. Eugene N. Apicella and Danny B. Robinson cut the ribbon during the opening ceremony at the 17th annual Kids First Fair hosted by the Children, Youth and Teen Programs at the Paige Fieldhouse parking lot on Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton April 28. The Kids First Fair is in recognition of the National Child Abuse Prevention Month and Department of Defense's Month of the Military Child. Apicella is the deputy commander of Marine Corps Installations West, MCB Camp Pendleton. Robinson is the Children, Youth and Teen Programs administrator.
