A local sheik speaks with coalition forces while they conduct a project assessment at the Ahips police station in the 5 Kilo area of Ar Ramadi, Iraq, on Tuesday, September 4, 2007. Civil Affairs Task Force 1-77 (TF 1-77 CA), 3rd Infantry Division, Second Marine Expeditionary Force, conduct project assessments routinely to ensure quality control through out Ar Ramadi. TF 1-77 CA is deployed with Multi-National Forces-West in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom in the Al Anbar province to develop Iraqi security forces, facilitate the development of official rule of law through democratic reforms, and continue the development of a market-based economy centered on Iraqi reconstruction.
