Soldiers operate vehicles in a convoy July 26, 2019, at Fort McCoy, Wis. The activity was part of operations for the 86th Training Division's Combat Support Training Exercise (CSTX) 86-19-03 at the installation. Thousands of military members supported and participated in the exercise at the installation. The 86th Training Division, a Fort McCoy tenant organization, holds the exercise as part of the U.S. Army Reserve commanding general’s Combat Support Training Program.
