Italian Folgore Brigade paratroopers conduct a military free fall airborne operation, as part of U.S. Army Europe’s Exercise Saber Guardian onto an airfield that was cleared and secured by U.S. Army 20th Special Operations Forces Group (Airborne) during their separate U.S. Special Operations Command Europe exercise Trojan Footprint 19 near Plovdiv, Bulgaria June 17, 2019. Although separate and distinct exercises, events such as these allowed participants to demonstrate integration between special operations and conventional forces.
