Military leaders from Latin American partner nations welcome official party members with a salute during the opening ceremony of UNITAS LX on Naval Base Rio de Janeiro at Ilha Mocangue Grande, Brazil, Aug. 19, 2019. UNITAS is the world's longest-running, annual exercise and brings together multinational forces from 11 countries to include Brazil, Colombia, Peru, Chile, Argentina, Ecuador, Panama, Paraguay, Mexico, Great Britain and the United States.
