U.S. Marines currently assigned to the Military Working Dog (MWD) Team Deployment Training Course conduct their live fire training exercise with their MWD's on the Graze Range at Yuma Proving Ground (YPG), August 16, 2019. The exercise consists of familiarization and exposing the MWD's to gunfire and a series of drills where handlers proficiently engage targets while maintaining positive control of their MWD's.
