Retired Navy Rear Admiral Robin Graf (left) coaches Army Cpl. John Mundey as he prepares for the rifle marksmanship portion of the international military competition. United States service members participated in the 2019 Interallied Confederation of Reserve Officers (CIOR) Military Competition Commission in Tallinn, Estonia from Aug 4-10, 2019. The CIOR represents military reserve components across 36 participating NATO nations along side partnership for peace nations. The military competition, established in 1957, is an internationally recognized completion that is focused on military skills that challenge the leadership and physical robustness of reserve military members along with support an international alliance and foster professional development.
