U.S. Army Sgt. Garrett Toler, 244th Expeditionary Combat Aviation Brigade (ECAB), applies ultrasonic couplant gel to a steel testing cylinder while demonstrating to Iraqi Air Enterprise service members the use a non-destructive inspection tool at Camp Taji, Iraq, July 31, 2019. U.S. Army Soldiers with the 244th ECAB teach Iraqi Air Force and Army Aviation service members how to operate a non-destructive ultrasound inspection tool. This tool will allow the Iraqi Air Enterprise to use sound waves to search for and find faults in metals used in aircraft not visible to the naked eye. Combined Joint Task Force – Operation Inherent Resolve is in Iraq at the invitation of the Government of Iraq to train and advise in support of the enduring mission to defeat Daesh.
