Maj. D. Scott Harris, Airfield Operations Compliance Inspection team chief, briefs members of Team Holloman about the AOCI, April 23. The AOCI is done to ensure the airfield environment is safe of any hazards and to make sure Holloman AFB is providing a safe flying environment to all local and transient aircraft. Harris and his team, which is made up of members from Air Combat Command and the Air Force Flight Standards Agency, were on base, from April 20-27, for the inspection.
