U.S. Army Soldiers from 465th Engineer Company, 926th Engineer Battalion, 926th Engineer Brigade, 412th Theater Engineer Command, based in Birmingham, Alabama, assigned to Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa, assess the building of a dirt berm at the Douda landfill in Djibouti, Aug. 14, 2019.
