Ray Odierno, commander of Multi-National Corps - Iraq, recites the oath of enlistment with a group of Soldiers during a memorial ceremony, at Camp Victory in Iraq, honoring victims of the Sept. 11. A total of 25 soldiers re-enlisted during the ceremony, which was hosted by the Third Infantry Division.
