(Aug. 9, 2019) Utilitiesman Constructionman Cameron Arellano, from Fort Worth, Texas, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3, installs hot and cold water lines for a two-bedroom house being constructed in partnership with the Southwest Indian Foundation (SWIF).
