Sergeants Major assigned to the 4th Infantry Division run the Fort Carson trails during a leadership development event held by 4th Inf. Div. Command Sgt. Maj. TJ Holland Aug. 12.
Holland instituted a leadership development program among senior leaders spread across the installation. The leaders began their morning by watching post-partum physical training and meeting with the participants and instructors.
"We're not here to poke anybody in the chest," Holland said. "This is an opportunity to get to know each other, to share experiences, and to learn from each other. I learn what right looks like by asking guys (like you) with a knife in the fight."
