U.S. Marine Corps Cpl. James Warren, a refrigeration technician with Special Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force - Southern Command, wires a generator during a water purification operation in Base Naval de Puerto Castilla, Honduras Aug. 9, 2019. The purpose of the operation is to provide potable water to U.S. and Honduran service members at Base Naval de Puerto Castilla. The task force is conducting training and engineering projects alongside partner nation military forces in Central and South America. The unit is also on standby to provide humanitarian assistance and disaster relief in the event of a hurricane or other emergencies in the region. Warren is a native of Grand Rapids, Michigan.
