Alec Sapienza, resident of East Stroudsburg, Pa. and a combat medic specialist assigned to the 108th Area Support Medical Company, 213th Regional Support Group, Pennsylvania Army National Guard, checks for additional wounds on the back of a SimMan 3G in one of the Tactical Training Suites at the Medical Simulation Training Center (MSTC) at Camp Dodge Joint Maneuver Training Center in Johnston, Iowa Aug. 9, 2019. The SimMan 3G as well as realistic Trauma Trainers are some of the high-tech capabilities offered by the MSTC that the 108th ASMC was able to utilize during their two-week training event in Iowa.
