First Infantry Division Soldiers start the Sprint, Drag, Carry event of the Army Combat Fitness Test after getting up from a prone position July 30 at Long Fitness Center. The ACFT will be the fitness test of record beginning October 2020 with units starting diagnostic testing beginning October 2019.
