ATLANTIC OCEAN (July 31, 2019) Cmdr. Rod Jacobo, commanding officer of the Harpers Ferry-class amphibious dock landing ship USS Oak Hill (LSD 51), monitors a replenishment-at-sea with the Lewis and Clark-class dry cargo ship USNS Robert E. Peary (T-AKE-5) from the bridge while participating in a Surface Warfare Advanced Tactical Training (SWATT) with other U.S. Navy warships.
