National delegates gathered in Tallinn, Estonia on Aug 4, 2019 for the 2019 Interallied Confederation of Reserve Officers (CIOR) Military Competition Commission opening ceremony. The CIOR represents military reserve components across 36 participating NATO nations along side partnership for peace nations. The military competition, established in 1957, is an internationally recognized completion that is focused on military skills that challenge the leadership and physical robustness of reserve military members along with support an international alliance and foster professional development.
