Spc. Richard Balogum inspects the filter system of a Laundry Advanced System. After washing and drying nearly 200 pounds of laundry, you must inspect and maintain the system to ensure proper functionality, he said. Balogum is a shower/laundry and clothing repair specialist assigned to the 157th Quartermaster Company, 553rd Combat Sustainment Support Battalion, 4th Sustainment Brigade.
