190801-N-NT795-513 SAN DIEGO (Aug. 1, 2019) Senior Chief Boatswain’s Mate Bryan Barcena, from Medina, New York, assigned to Coastal Riverine Squadron (CRS) 3, mans the M240 machine gun during the unmanned undersea vehicle (UUV) operation with Explosive Ordnance Disposal Mobile Unit 1, as part of unit level training provided by Coastal Riverine Group (CRG) 1 Training and Evaluation Unit. The Coastal Riverine Force is a core Navy capability that provides port and harbor security, high value asset security, and maritime security operation in the coastal and inland waterways.
