A sniper team, from 1st Battalion Irish Guardsmen, hone their marksmanship skills on the L115A3 bolt-action sniper rifle on a long distance range at the Orpholo Training Area, during exercise Agile Spirit 19 August 3, 2019. Occurring July 27 through August 9, 2019, the brigade-level exercise incorporates a command post exercise, field training exercise and live-fires.
