Master Sgt. Robert Cain, health services management administrator, 914th Aeromedical Staging Squadron, Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station, New York, breezes through the sick call line outside the medical triage tent at Jack's Valley Training Complex during Basic Cadet Training on July 29, 2019. While at BCT, the 1,100 freshmen U.S. Air Force Academy cadets completed seven strenuous courses focused on confidence, leadership and teamwork. An average of 60 cadets sought medical care at the field clinic each day, for injuries ranging from concussions to lacerations. Cain's squadron is one of several Air Force Reserve Command squadrons that traveled to Colorado in support of the 10-day field training event, operating the field medical facilities day and night in partnership with active duty Airmen and civilian employees.
