Col. Scott Efflandt (right), the commander of the 1st Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division, presents a coin to Spc. Chelsea Miller, a Soldier assigned to the 188th Engineer Company of the 230th Engineer Battalion, a National Guard unit from North Dakota, April 23. Miller was among four other soldiers who received a coin for their contributions in constructing the Consolidated Aid Station for the Ironhorse Brigade.
