Lt. Col. Alex Waugh, the executive officer of Reserve Support Program One, speaks to a group of Inactive Ready Reserve Marines attending an administrative muster at the Palo Alto Veterans Affairs Medical Center, April 21. Marines from the Marine Corps Individual Reserve Support Activity conducted the administrative muster in conjunction with the staff of the Palo Alto VAMC in order to contact and screen IRR Marines, as well as inform them of the benefits they rate as veterans.
