Green delivers remarks during the change of office ceremony Tuesday during which NAVSEA 06 (PMS-340) Major Program Manager Capt. Robert "Chad" Muse was relieved by Capt. Brian O'Lavin. Green recognized the "powerhouse" partnership between NAVSEA, NSW, U.S. Special Operations Command and the acquisition professionals who are equipping our maritime special operations forces for great power competition and ensuring we retain our competitive advantage and unique value proposition of maritime access and placement in the most challenging environments.
