Spc. Mondeka Douei, catches his breath after completing the combat water survival proficiency portion of Blanchfield Army Community Hospital’s Soldier of the Quarter Board. The board was a rigorous two day competition that tested Soldiers in a variety of areas, including, tactical combat casualty care, hot and cold helicopter patient loads and hoist operations, day and night land navigation, written exam, essay, oral board, Army Combat Fitness Test, and Army warrior tasks.
