(July 26, 2019) Builder 2nd Class Rudy Fehrle, from Galloway, N.J., the president of the local Junior Sailor Association, assigned to the Navy Recruiting Station Cherry Hill, N.J., Navy Recruiting District Philadelphia, picks up trash during an Adopt-A-Highway road cleanup as part of the community service program. Participating in the program allows local recruiters to provide support, build pride in and pay homage to local communities. NRD Philadelphia encompasses Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware and Maryland, providing recruiting services from more than 30 recruiting stations, dedicated to delivering the highest quality Sailors to the fleet.
