NAVAL AIR STATION PENSACOLA, Fla. (July 29, 2019) Capt.
Amy Branstetter addresses an audience during a change of command ceremony
where she relinquished command of the hospital to Capt. David Webster at the
National Museum of Naval Aviation aboard Naval Air Station Pensacola.
Immediately following the change of command ceremony, Branstetter retired
