ATLANTIC OCEAN (July25, 2019) Boatswain's Mate 3rd Class Michael Ford, assigned to the U.S. Coast Guard Tall Ship Eagle (WIX 327), uses an Aqueous Film Forming Foam (AFFF) hose to extinguish a simulated fire during a general emergency training scenario. Eagle is a tall ship used as a training platform for future Coast Guard Academy officers as well as a vessel for establishing and maintaining domestic and international relationships.
