ATLANTIC OCEAN (July25, 2019) Boatswain's Mate 3rd Class Joe Giannetti, assigned to the U.S. Coast Guard Tall Ship Eagle (WIX 327), uses a radio to communicate with the damage control locker during a general emergency training scenario. Eagle is a tall ship used as a training platform for future Coast Guard Academy officers as well as a vessel for establishing and maintaining domestic and international relationships.
