ATLANTIC OCEAN (July25, 2019) Yeoman 1st Class Michael Lora, assigned to the U.S. Coast Guard Tall Ship Eagle (WIX 327), helps Seaman Jesse Nelson put on gloves during a general emergency training scenario.
