Lee Burras, a professor at Iowa State University, listens to Capt. ESRG holds the Bosslift to show employer’s support for their employees participation in the eXportable Combat Training Compatibility (XCTC) rotation. XCTC provides an experience similar to a combat training center to IANG Soldiers at home stations or at a regional training center, minimizing cost and time away from home and jobs.
