ESRG holds the Bosslift to show employer’s support for their employees participation in the eXportable Combat Training Compatibility (XCTC) rotation. XCTC provides an experience similar to a combat training center to Iowa National Guard Soldiers at home stations or at a regional training center, minimizing cost and time away from home and jobs.
